Warranty and Returns
We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying.
Please kindly reference the size chart(s) / Details in Measurement on the product page.
If you are not satisfied with the items you receive, we can easily arrange a return and refund for you.
But if you need to change the size or colors, We suggest you place a new order for the correct item

For faulty, incorrect or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.
Minry bags wholesale responsibility :
If our company is responsible for the issue, A new item will be resent to you freely along with your next order, Or we can process the refund unconditionally .
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to return it , it is Allowed as well .
However in that case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee for return .
Notes For Returns
1) Please contact us no later than 30 days after you have received your purchase. After this time we cannot guarantee that the refund request will be accepted.
3) Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.
4) Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services, like DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX and similar. By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process. Only once we receive the returned item(s), we can issue a refund.
5) We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.
If you wish to return the items to us , Pls submit a message to us ,Our customer Service Team will reply you within 12 hours and enclosed herewith the specific address for return .
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
For private Label bags/customization bags/sample
Before commencing a project, we provide a comprehensive PDF file for your review. If you identify any errors or omissions, we will revise the document until we receive your approval. Only then we proceed with bag production.
- If any issues arise with the bags you receive that don’t match the approved PDF, please notify us within 30 days. We will either refund your money or remake the bags to your satisfaction.
- If the bags align perfectly with the approved PDF but you decide to modify the design, we will need to impose a design alteration fee.
- If you decide to cancel your order mid-production after making a payment, we must charge for the cost of materials already ordered and labor already performed.
